Recently, we conducted a project at a plant in this segment that clearly demonstrates the impact of Genetica's solutions when combined with present, qualified, and continuous technical assistance.

The Initial Challenge

The unit presented:

● High COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) at the aerated reactor inlet;

● Low clarification of the final effluent;

● Unstable biological system due to high organic load.

System Evolution

With the start of Genetica bioremediator dosing and weekly technical monitoring, the system showed progressive and consistent improvements.

Process Highlights:

● Gradual reduction of COD over 160 days;

● Visual and microscopic improvement of the sludge;

● Significant clarification of the final effluent;

● Establishment of a much more stable and predictable process.

Initial Collection:

Inlet COD: 1730 mg/L | Final Outlet: 220 mg/L

After Monitoring Period:

Final Outlet stabilized at 41 mg/L

The Final Result

At the end of the project, the system achieved:

96.12% biological efficiency;

● Excellent clarification of the final effluent;

● Continuous operational stability.
